I am humbled to be a candidate for the At-Large Director role. Over the past seven years, I’ve led key initiatives at the ISIJ of Toronto, from Media & Public Engagement to Tabligh Darsa, while driving grassroots change as an active volunteer. This has deepened my understanding of the community’s needs. With 15+ years of strategic and leadership positions at ISIJ of Toronto, Africa Federation, and World Federation,
I have built efficient frameworks to empower our communities. Leading large teams, implementing impactful systems, and fostering leadership, I am committed to a future where faith, volunteerism, and service thrive. Let’s build a legacy of lasting impact.

Upliftment
Improving resources and tools across different stakeholders and fostering collaboration across key ISIJ committees and teams to unite efforts, paving the way for a long-term and impactful spiritual upliftment in the community.

Communications & Engagement
Support streamlining of internal communications to boost member engagement, assist ISIJ committees in developing marketing and brand guidelines for higher event attendance, and enhance external outreach to strengthen crisis management and organizational impact.

Service &
Volunteerism
Support volunteer teams by addressing their needs, implement clear systems for transparency and effectiveness, and prioritize succession planning to train and integrate future leaders, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity of volunteers.
